Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your return request through your customer account here.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s).
Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, or upon receipt of proof of shipment — whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We will refund the original standard shipping costs paid at checkout. Additional costs for express or premium shipping are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sealed hygiene or cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery
